We are hiring for a Business Development Supervisor who will be based in Visayas and will enjoy competitive benefits package on the top of his/her salary (Manila-rate)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises the whole operations of Business Development for Visayas
- Approval of properties for site inspection
- Final checking of due diligence reports
- Performs final site inspection
- Assist in negotiations with landowners
- Oversees the progress of permits and licenses processing of closed sites
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of any business course, preferably Accounting, Management, Law or Real Estate Development.
- Preferably has a background in real estate
- Preferably a licensed broker
- Must have at least 2-years working experience in real estate and supervisory experience
- Must be willing to travel and be assigned out of town
- Preferably a licensed driver
